Psar Tuol Tom Pong (ផ្សារទួលទំពូង)
Our apartment is located in an area of town called the Russian Market, Tuol Tom Pong, or just TTP for short. It is this 16 story pink and purple building. Our 3rd floor apartment, rented by STC on our behalves, is more than we could ask for. We're enjoying settling in to the apartment itself and getting to know the building and our neighborhood.
When coming and going from the apartment, we are always greeted by the wonderful Ms. Ly (prounounced LEE), who is the building manager, or one of the security guards who sits by the gate on the ground floor.
The apartment is "western style" which around here means that it includes things like a pool, an elevator and western style furnishings in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. We feel very grateful to be so well cared for - the move in process has been so easy!
