Hi, I'm Amanda
About Me
By degree, I am a medical Speech-Language Pathologist and I practice intermittently in the city of Boston, MA. I have extensive experience in outpatient, acute care, rehabilitative care, skilled nursing and home care environments. I have a special interest in palliative dysphagia management, augmentative communication at the end of life, and patient-family advocacy and education.
My current role is in higher-ed administration where I focus primarily on admissions, academic advising and student success for remote graduate students in Speech Language Pathology. Over the years, I have taught at the undergraduate and graduate level in Speech-Language Pathology and get to teach sometimes even now - Anatomy & Physiology, Neuro, and Dysphagia, all for future SLPs!
When I'm not working, I enjoy traveling with my family, trying out new restaurants (and cocktails!), and adding National Parks to the "done" list. I collect key chains from all the places we've been, which we add to our Christmas Tree each year instead of ornaments. I'm a big fan of second- hand shopping and finding a deal. I also pretend to read more than I do.

About Me
I am 13 and a very good artist. I go to an online school as a middle schooler and love to travel around the world and see different sights. This summer of 2025 my dad will be teaching me the art of photography. I will also be learning different crochet patterns, and how to upgrade my art.
